- How do I download my files after purchase?
- Right after Stripe confirms payment, we email you a secure download link. The link is valid for 30 days and 5 download attempts. Save the ZIP locally as soon as you get it.
- What's inside an STL bundle?
- A ZIP with the .stl files (and .3mf where available), a printable PDF guide with print settings and assembly steps, plus a LICENSE.txt for personal use.
- Which slicers do you support?
- Bambu Studio and OrcaSlicer are our primary targets — every product ships with both .3mf profiles where applicable. Users on other slicers can import the .stl and use the settings from the PDF guide.
- Which printers have you tested on?
- Our entire farm is Bambu Lab — the P1S and the H2D. Every file is sliced, printed, and validated on those machines. If your printer prints PLA cleanly with a 0.4 mm nozzle, our files will print on it; you'll bring your own slicer profile.
- Can I get a refund?
- Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is broken or unprintable, contact us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund in full.
- Can I sell prints I make from your files?
- Not under the personal-use license. Email us for a commercial license — we'll send a quote, often very reasonable for small makers.
- Do you ship physical prints?
- We sell digital files. We don't print and ship physical objects.
- How do I report an issue with a file?
- Email info@superawesome3dprintfarm.com with your order number and a photo or video of the failure. We respond within 48 hours.
