How the deposit works

The $50 deposit is non-refundable and books a 1-hour consultation with us. During the consult we'll dig into what you're trying to make, the constraints (materials, deadlines, budget), and the production approach.

For larger runs or projects that need more than the 1-hour consultation to scope, we charge for additional time at our standard rate as needed.

After the consult, we send a detailed quote covering scope, timeline, and deliverables. Your $50 deposit applies toward the final quote price — so if your project quotes at $1,200, you pay the remaining $1,150 to kick off.

What happens next

1. Pay the $50 deposit and we'll reach out within 1 business day to schedule your 1-hour consultation.
2. We meet — video call or in person if you're local — and work through the project together.
3. You receive a written scope, timeline, and quote.
4. If you green-light the quote, your deposit comes off the top.
